Mojiz Human Resources Management System is a cloud-based system designed for Saudi companies. The system meets the requirements of companies of all sizes to manage daily human resources operations from desktop and mobile (such as managing employee attendance, leave, excuse, wage and payroll management, etc.). All these operations are stored on certified and secure servers within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Riyadh.

The system integrates with Saudi government platforms such as the Muqeem platform to provide an integrated platform containing tools, solutions, and reports that aid decision making and achieve organizational goals in effective human resources management.

The system's simple and streamlined interface allows for focus on core activities, enhancing organization, efficiency, and productivity.

The system was developed to comply with Saudi labor regulations.

Data Security and Privacy

Applications vary in their programming languages ​​and architecture, as well as in the way they perform their functions. The application was developed to comply with the latest global technical and security standards, with all user transactions encrypted and prevented from being accessed or eavesdropped on by either the active or passive user. The system provides the MFA method that requires more than one method of verification to log in to an account, making it more secure than a simple password.

 

Compliance

The system complies with Saudi regulations regarding data handling, protection, and processing.

 

Backup

The system implements a data backup plan according to periods that are compatible with the prevailing requirements of most establishments.

 

Support

We provide direct communication methods to provide direct support and assistance through WhatsApp, direct calls, and email.

 

Reliability and availability

The system guarantees a high service availability rate of 99.9%, and users are notified in advance if there is scheduled maintenance.

 

Leaves

The app automatically calculates employees' leave balances in accordance with the Saudi labor law or the facility's leave regulations. Employee leave balances automatically increase over time and decrease upon use, based on the contract start date, the number of leave days per calendar year, and the type of statutory regulation to which this calculation applies. The app is configured by default to comply with Saudi labor leave regulations and provides full control over paid leave updates, such as maternity leave, marriage leave, Hajj leave, and other leave.

 

Shifts

Full control over shifts and its times. Easy to add shifts for employees and notifying them about their shift updates.

 

Attendance From Mobile

Document attendance and departure based on the employee's geographic location, with the ability to control the geographic scope covered by this documentation. Documentation is completed by clicking the documentation icon after the employee's device enters this scope. The scope ranges approximately 45 to 230 meters.

 

Integration

The system integrates with the Muqeem platform to process visas and residency permits for facility employees/workers. This integration is implemented through a dedicated page and directly through the employee's page. Muqeem processes can also be tracked on a user-by-user basis.

 

Archiving Employee Files

To facilitate access to various employee references, the application allows uploading PDF files, such as the employee contract file and other references.

 

User Privileges

To organize work and responsibilities, the account manager in the Mojiz Application can have full control over the division of permissions, such as the authority to appoint leave approvers, the authority to manage employees, the authority to control the organizational structure, and the authority to print statements in Excel format and access to Muqeem page and more.

 

Approvals

For flexibility, you can select an unlimited number of employees who have the authority to review and approve leave, excuse, visa, disclaimer requests, with the ability to easily control the approval level. The approved employee will have the ability to approve and reject leave requests.

 

Requests and Tasks

Each employee has his own page, through which requests and tasks directed to him are received. These requests may be for approval, review, or modification, such as leave requests.

 

Trace Employee Requests

The authorized person can follow up on all requests through a single screen, which includes the name of the request creator, the name of the approver, the request status, the approval level, the creation date, and the request number and type.

 

Export Reports

You can issue reports in Excel format, giving you complete control over the content of the report. Examples of reports include a report on employee leave balances, a report on all employee leave days, and a report containing employee documentation and more.

 

Data Employee Management

Through the employee management screen, you can view and control all employee data, such as linking/unlinking an employee from the organizational structure, modifying data, recovering the password, and quickly accessing the employee account.

 

Complete control over the organizational structure of the facility

By controlling the structure, you can easily build your organization's organizational structure, view all sector data - sectors or branches are the largest component of the organization - and modify and view administrative units.

 

Mobile compatibility

The system was developed using a programming language compatible with smart device browsers and desktop computers. The application is available for download through the Apple Store and Google Play.
